Scope
This policy explains how RewCon LLC ("RewCon," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit rewcon.co or contact us through an email link on the site.
Information we collect
Website analytics
We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records information such as the page viewed, referring website, browser, operating system, device type, approximate location, and the date and time of a visit. We also record clicks on project-inquiry and LinkedIn links, including where on the page the link appeared.
Umami does not set cookies. It creates an anonymous session identifier from the visitor's IP address, user agent, and this website's ID. RewCon does not use Umami Distinct IDs, session replay, or analytics data to identify individual visitors. The contents of an email are never sent to Umami.
Hosting and security data
This site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to route, secure, and operate web traffic. This can include IP addresses, request details, system configuration information, and security signals.
Information you send by email
The site does not contain a contact form. Its email links open your own email application. If you choose to write to us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organization, and message.
How we use information
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- To understand which pages and calls to action are useful.
- To respond to inquiries and discuss potential or active work.
- To maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Umami Software, Inc. for analytics, Cloudflare, Inc. for site delivery and security, and an email service provider to receive and store messages. These providers process information to perform services for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or the security of others, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use website data for targeted advertising.

Cookies and cross-site tracking
RewCon does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Umami's analytics script is cookieless. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary mechanisms to deliver and protect the site.
Retention
Analytics records are kept only for the retention period available through our Umami Cloud account and then expire. Email communications and related business records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can block analytics scripts through your browser or privacy tools without losing access to the site's content. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you sent directly, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Because Umami analytics are anonymous, we generally cannot connect an analytics record to a particular person.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
